Privacy Policy
Effective October 18, 2026
This policy explains what Thoughts to Prosperity Collective LLC ("T.T.P Collective", "we") collects when you use ttpcollective.com, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it to reply to you, we do not sell it, and this site does not use cookies.
- We collect only what you send us in a form or call request, plus anonymous visit counts. Questions typed into the price assistant are answered by Cloudflare Workers AI and not saved by us.
- We use it to reply to you and to prepare a quote.
- We do not sell it, and this site does not use cookies.
- Cloudflare, Resend, Google and Stripe handle it for us, and each has its own privacy policy.
- You can ask us to delete your information, and we reply within 30 days.
What changedOctober 18, 2026: added Stripe, which takes payment for care plans and invoices when you choose to pay. This site never sees or stores card or bank details. October 14, 2026: added the price assistant on the pricing page, which sends the questions you type to Cloudflare Workers AI to write an answer, and you can choose to send that chat with the contact form or call request. The contact form now asks for your current website and how customers book or buy today (both optional). October 7, 2026: added the free 15-minute call request, and Google for the booking page.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry. The contact form asks for your name, email address, business name (optional), your current website (optional), project type, budget range, how customers book or buy today (optional) and a message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your email contains.
When you ask for a call. The call request asks for your name, email address, business name (optional), your current website (optional) and what you need. It is handled like an inquiry. You then pick a time on our Google Calendar booking page, where Google collects your name, email address and the time you choose.
When you join the app launch list. The page for our fantasy football app asks for one thing, your email address, so we can tell you when the app launches.
When you use the price assistant. The pricing page has an AI chat. The questions you type are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which writes the answer. We do not save your questions or the answers, and the chat does not ask who you are. Please do not type personal details into it. If you then send the contact form or the call request, a box offers to send your chat along, ticked by default, so we know what you asked. Untick it and the chat is not sent. If you leave it ticked, the chat is emailed to us with your form and is handled like the rest of your inquiry.
When you pay. Care plans and invoices are paid on pages run by Stripe, not on this site. Stripe collects your name, email address, billing details and card or bank details, and sends us the payment record. We never see or store your card or bank details. The Manage your plan link sends you to a Stripe page that emails you a sign-in link.
When you visit the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure how fast pages load. It records anonymous information such as the page viewed, the site that referred you, your browser, device type and country. It does not use cookies or other stored data on your device, and it does not identify or fingerprint you.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry or call request and discuss your project.
- To prepare a quote and, if we work together, to deliver the project.
- To send one email when the app launches, if you joined the launch list. We will not add you to anything else.
- To understand which pages are useful, using anonymous visit counts.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who else handles it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the services that run this site:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the contact and launch list forms, runs the price assistant (Workers AI), and provides the anonymous analytics. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Resend delivers contact form, call request and launch list submissions to our inbox by email. Resend's privacy policy.
- Stripe takes payment for care plans and invoices, and runs the page where you manage a care plan. Stripe's privacy policy.
- Google runs the Google Calendar booking page and the Google Meet link for calls you book, under Google's own privacy policy. Google's privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond, to work on your project, and to keep ordinary business records. Launch list addresses are deleted once the launch email has gone out. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email contact@ttpcollective.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Other websites
Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, GitHub or projects in our portfolio, lead to pages we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes and contact
